Chaperone Details And Sign Up Links
Parents can volunteer via Signup Genius using the links below. The signups are organized by grade level. Once you select a shift, you should receive a reminder email the week of the event, however you can check the SignUp Genius site at any time to confirm, edit or swap your shift.All parents are asked to chaperone one event during the year. Examples of duties you may be assigned are carpool, check-in, dance floor chaperone, t-shirt distribution, etc.
Important Reminders for Chaperones:
- Try not to bring students with you when you chaperone. Let another parent do that and you can be the “bring home” driver.
- If you signed up for one of the three dance PARTIES, please try to bring both parents as we need extra help at the big events.
- If you cannot make your signed up date – it is your responsibility to find another parent to switch with you and notify our Board leadership.
Junior Cotillion:
7th and 8th grade dances are held at the Renaissance Hotel this year from 6-7:30 (7th grade) and 8:30-10:00 (8th grade). Chaperones should arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of the dance for their child’s grade and plan to stay until all members have been picked up.
Senior Cotillion:
Senior Cotillion dances are held at the Renaissance Hotel from 7:30pm-9:30pm. Chaperones should arrive at 30 minutes prior to the dance start time.
