The Chaperone Committee uses SignUpGenius.com to schedule chaperones for each dance by grade level (see links below). If you have more than one child in Cotillion, please check all grade levels to see what dances you have signed up to chaperone. You should receive a reminder email before the event and you can always check the SignUp Genius site to confirm your date and time. Please mark your calendars with your scheduled shift. If you have a conflict, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. You can do so on SignUp Genius or you can use the directory on the website to locate a substitute. Your substitute does not have to be grade specific.

All dances will be held at the Baton Rouge River Center Ballroom. Chaperones should arrive at 7:00pm and plan to stay until 11:00pm. Chaperone duties will be assigned the night of the dance.
